Our Story
GORGEOUS MATE® was founded in 2010 with a simple mission — to help people slim down in a healthy, sustainable and realistic way.
Behind the brand is a real story.
The founder of Gorgeous Mate is an 80s working mother with two children. Like many women, she experienced the challenges of maintaining body shape after pregnancy and as age increases.
Many years ago, she often heard comments like:
“You’re slim because you haven’t given birth yet.”
“You’re slim because you’re still young.”
However, after giving birth to two children at the ages of 31 and 35, she was still able to recover her body shape and maintain a healthy figure.
This proved that staying slim is not about age — it’s about consistency and smart body management.
At the age of 21, she already understood the importance of maintaining body shape. Over the years, she built consistent habits to maintain her figure.
However, approaching her 30s, she decided to stop maintaining her usual routine to see what would happen.
She stopped using slimming support, ate freely, and reduced physical activities.
Gradually, weight gain became noticeable — especially in the waist, hips, thighs, and arms.
This experience strengthened her belief:
Maintaining body shape is not about extreme dieting.
It’s about sustainable lifestyle and smart solutions.
